At Maweswood, we are devoted to traditional bespoke joinery techniques, the highest quality sustainable materials and attention to the smallest of details is fundamental to our approach to creating beautiful cabinetry that is hand-crafted to last a lifetime.

Our Difference: Design aesthetic and detail
Our design aesthetic and heritage is classically British and timelessly elegant. Drawing inspiration from original antique pieces, our furniture features period proportions. As well as giving it its distinctive look, this allows it to sit seamlessly within older properties or add character to newer ones.
We are not limited by set cabinetry styles. As a completely bespoke joinery manufacturer we can tailor the design and detail to align specifically with our customers requirements. Our expert joiners hand-craft each piece and are devoted to using our continuous face frame method which allows us to avoid unsightly join lines between individual units.
The attention to detail from the initial stages when developing the project brief, down to the last soft close drawer runner once the project is fully finished is what we pride ourselves on. No aspect of the cabinetry is overlooked and we firmly believe that lots of small improvements add up to creating your dream project.
Our Story
Our founder, Will, is an expert in design-led thinking with a true passion for all things interiors from space planning down to the smallest material finish and detail. He has experience delivering countless bespoke joinery projects, from large-scale full house projects to bespoke offices and bootrooms. Maweswood was established in 2023 to bring timelessly elegant joinery into the modern day.
Over the years, a small team of talented and trusted partners who we have chosen to collaborate with due to their skill and expertise have been assembled. Each member is an absolute specialist in their craft and their passion that transfers to their work is evident.
